Flowercard Recenzii

I am sorry that the experience of using was not a good one. We use Royal Mail as our courier company to try and offer a competitive price for delivery charges but occasionally Royal Mail let us down as in your case. I am glad your issue was dealt with well and everything was resolved to your satisfaction. Graham Winn, Director and Owner

We are sorry to hear that your experience was not positive when using Flowercard. With reference to the Flowercard which was left under the bush, we use Royal Mail for delivery and they should deliver to your door and if there is no one at home, should either leave you a card stating that they have left your delivery in a safe place or should ask you to collect it from your local delivery office. We are also disappointed to hear that you felt the memento box was of poor value and that the Flowercard itself faded after a short time. They can normally last up to 2 weeks and should retain a fresh appearance for this time. I note from your order that we have refunded you in full and would like to apologise for the disappointment caused. Fe Betts
