We were able to rectify this immediately when we discovered that the original e -ticket, which was sent out at the time of booking, had not appeared in the passenger's inbox (we're guessing that a spam filter had diverted it elsewhere.) Fortunately the second e ticket that e sent out as soon as it was requested has now arrived.

We understand the frustration of lost baggage ruining a trip and are working with the passenger to get a satisfactory response from the airline.

It's a shame that this passenger has been left with such an erroneous view of our service. The ticket that was booked was at a very low fare which was unfortunately neither cancellable nor changeable. On every flight there are a number of fares which have different rules applying to them and where we are able to speak to the customer before booking, we try to highlight the differences, often including offering the flexibility to change dates if a higher cost is purchased. On this occasion, we tried hard to help, including contacting the airline to see if an exception was possible, but without any success.
