The chair is amazing! The response time and fast delivery made it a wonderful experience. Our daughter now has the freedom to get around! What a great product.

Shipping was quick, item was packaged well and in excellent condition.
They were accommodating when I needed to return the item for a larger size; however it took weeks to get the shipping label, and I felt like I had to keep checking in to get updates
