I have looked into this internally and can see that you had emailed regarding the delivery and we; later that day, responded to this via the customer service email portal. However, thank you for notifying us regarding the lack of confirmation around the couriers service on this occasion. We will of course look into this with Royal Mail and ensure that this is being sent to every customer to ensure that they are kept up to speed with the progress of each and every order placed. It is possible that things like this can be filtered to junk or spam however we will investigate further.
