Language problem tends to be a difficult thing to overcome and in the way a person articulate their problem is important. Our agency are quite knowledgeable about day to day airline issues. In the problem regarding the last name, the agent had clearly mention that there would be a fine or penalty for name change through the airline.

Called multiple times regarding never recovering my e-ticket and was connected with a person who hung up on me. Upon calling again, the next person yelled at me. Glad I could pay 1,500 for the worst...
