Hi Ian, I'm sorry to hear the Rose Collection has not yet arrived. As you may be aware, we have been experiencing a slight delay with the bare rooted items this season. This has been caused by the mild weather in Autumn, meaning the field grown plants couldn't be lifted as early as expected. Our growers are working hard to get all the stock to us as quickly as possible, so it shouldn't be too long before your Roses are dispatched.
