Hi Maggie, apologies you were not happy with the time it took to receive your pods. Your order was placed on Wednesday afternoon, dispatched on Thursday and delivered on Monday which I do not think is too bad. Apologies if you thought it was going to be delivered overnight. We try to be as transparent as possible with delivery times on our website where we state that all orders over $30 receive free shipping via Australia Post. If your delivery is going to a metro address it also  travels via Express Shipping which can be overnight (especially to VIC). I can see that your order received free standard shipping, meaning it was classed as being outside of a metro area. This system is automatic and based on postcodes provided by Australia Post. Just to manage expectations as mentioned on the pack it is just a hint of flavour, so as not to overpower the coffee. However, the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive so I think their might be something more to this.

Can I ask how you prepared it... With the short or long shot button? Did you follow the instructions on the back of back? The flavour intensity does depend on how you prepare it. I'm sure we can help get to the bottom of this for you once we have this info 😊

Ok that makes sense now, a long shot makes a big difference to the taste. I suggesting trying as recommended on the back of pack. Also, you might find the below article an interesting read : )
