Hello Philip, I am sorry that you are upset with our service. Anything below the absolute best is unacceptable for us so it is sad to see we have been given 0 out of 10 by yourself.
Unfortunately in this circumstance, you did not use the free return label procedure provided by us and instead sent the item back of your own accord with no tracking information or receipt to show it was sent to us. Furthermore you were not certain of what address it was sent to. For this reason we were unable to locate the item and subsequently refund you for it, as we did not receive it and were unable to investigate the matter with royal mail.
Once again, we are sorry about the experience you had with us. If you do return something in the future, please make sure to contact the company and they should provide you with instructions, or if not make sure to keep the receipt with which you shipped the item.
