Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the damaged units you received, and then the time taken to replace them. Unfortunately, the two bank holidays do have a knock on effect with regards to turnaround, but please rest assured that we did put all of our efforts into having your replacements with you as quickly as possible - however, we do apologise that it took longer than expected.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that this has happened.
I have looked into it for you, and the member of our sales team who took your call/order asked if you wanted the delivery to be made to the Industrial Estate in question, to which the response was yes. Unfortunately, it looks like the invoicing address, and the delivery address you wished the goods to go to, both have exactly the same industrial estate name! After the response of yes, the invoicing address was then kept as the delivery address. We do apologise for this, it does seem like it has been a miscommunication.

We hope that this has not put you off using us again in the future., and once again we pass on our apologies for this.
