Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the installation. Regarding the condense waste we use a larger pipe to prevent freezing, however the weather we recently had was extreme and we tried to deal with the situation as best as we can. Looking at your notes this is best route for the condense pipe to go, and the condense shouldn’t freeze again under normal weather conditions. I would like to thank Sam in the office for all his hard work and patience. The engineer was also brilliant (sorry I forgot his name).
