Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do apologise your order arrived later than expected.
We have had a look into this and can see your order was placed and despatched on 24/09/2020, however, the delivery failed with the courier on the next day service so went out on the next available working day (28/09/2020). Our terms and conditions state we aim to despatch all orders placed by 6pm on the same working day for next day delivery, however please allow up to two working days for delivery, as we do not deliver over weekends.
We can see you emailed in 27/09/20 and we responded the next working day at which point delivery had already been made successfully.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will feed this back to relevant areas in the hope we can make any future orders 5*.
