At this stage I have only taken out the policy but, in doing that, the people I spoke with were helpful and clear in their explanations and made the process of taking out the policy quite simple. I...

Thanks for your feedback and apologies your docs didn't turn up. We have put measures in place this week which should improve email deliverability.
We are pleased that you managed to get your documents in the end and your experience with the Customer Services team was positive. We are experiencing heavy call volumes hence the unfortunately long wait.

Easy to use but no policy certificate number provided.
It was easy to find what I wanted but I lost internet and wasn't able to print my policy and now I don't have a policy certificate or number.

Outstanding.
I had excellent help and support from the staff who dealt with me. Operative was most polite and knowledgeable and did not waste my time with waffle.
