Staff not friendly.
Made mistakes on date & called to amend but been told to cancel & start again if I want new certificate
I've emailed 2 times & never received reply.
I won't be using you...

I'm sorry to learn that you felt our staff were not friendly and that you would not be using our services again. If you could also let me know what email address you used to contact us it would be greatly appreciated, as regrettably, we never received any emails from yourself.
