Everyone at DB Roberts were brilliant, they were so supportive and proactive. They were friendly and kept me up to date. They even stayed open an extra half an hour because I was stuck in traffic.

Taking far too long
By using local conveyencers, inevitably problems will occur and talking face to face gets it done. Also centralising means conveyancing takes much longer
