DR was one of the few retailers to have the item I wanted and they are local. The only down side was the price which was higher than expected, the new model was much cheaper. I wanted the old model...

Valuable advice given about type of machine and where to install. Friendly and polite service. Installation quick and efficiently done.
Service always very goof but am not happy with larder fridge which was the only one to fit my space.
You cannot put a bottle on any space which I used to be able to on my old fridge, very poor.

Delivery and installation were excellent. The only failure was after I called them and a member of staff recorded my telephone number incorrectly so there was no call back.
