The policy purchased suited our needs and was competitively priced. We are still on our holiday and fortunately have not had to test the claims procedure to date.

Inappropriate documentation for cancellation
The claim form does not adequately address the claim for cancellation. Surely if I decide to cancel my travel for health or personal reasons some respect for my integrity would be expected.

So sorry to hear you did not receive your policy documentation as expected.
It will be sent to the primary email listed on the policy. Sometimes our emails are mistakenly filtered into the "Junk" or "Spam" folders in your email inbox. Please kindly check these email folders and hopefully your policy documents appear!
If you still are unable to locate your policy details, please give our friendly team a call on 1300 72 88 22and we can arrange for it to be resent to you.
