Unclear policy.
Had money stolen from bag. Policy did not cover it. Money has to be on you. So if we are at dinner, should my wife hold her handbag? Ridiculous.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on this matter. We do encourage our travellers to keep their money on their person as our policies do not cover large amounts of lost cash or any items/cash that are left unattended.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We do have a 10 business day turn-around for communication from the claims team when we're going through busy periods. The majority of claims are paid out very quickly when all necessary information is provided.

Put through a claim, and it took over 2 months with an external investigator questioning me for 3 hours (he was fine and just doing his job) don't understand why it required a private investigator...
