Response on behalf of the owner: As we live on site and ask if all is well, this guest could have mentioned the missing iron and we could have supplied a replacement. We are always available to offer any help if need be. On the description it is clear it is a shared laundry. In regards to the issue with the cleanliness we could have inspected this and if need be could have rectified the situation. We are very happy with our cleaning team as are our other guests, many of which are repeat bookers. We put a lot of work into making the cottages a success for all and we find this review at best unfair.
