Ease of booking and when I needed to slightly alter the booking.
Returning to car deck a bit confusing after the upper door was left closed. Also helps if the car is released from cable holds before...

Self service restaurant very very clean. Watched the staff clean it at 6pm and they really did aGood job. It would be nice to have some tables to eat the food at.

Last Christmas (2017) very poor service, had to keep telephoning to find out the revised sailing times and cancellation details. Only just got the last cabin, by pushing your staff for details after...

Poor customer service, when dealing with customers. "Christmas 2017," they were over worked due pressure of sailings cancelled. On board staff very good, being a disabled customer. (The Ship.) - Warned never to travel on your fast service
But your restaurant charges are far too high 99 pence for one slice of toast, the Ritz hotel in London does not even charge that amount. My friends and I also felt your bar price's somewhat on the high side, for a duty free holiday service. I will travel with you again, but never again at Christmas time. Thanking You.
