I have had deliveries from them before but the only problem they never keep you updated in regards to delivery timings that is disputed asking if you need a phone call a day before.
Thought I would try them with a small order and ticked the box for a call the day before. No call but fortunatley I happened to be in. I asked the driver and he said they never do call. My coal...

The Call Day Before service is an added extra that we offer to all customers to confirm that the delivery will be with them the next day. Very good from ordering online to been delivered even left message on phone that they were delivering the next day . I think I put my mobile number which would of been better to leave message on as...
