Ordering is easy by phone or on line. There are always offers and if you miss them I have found as a regular customer that you can negotiate some reduction on bulk ordering. Deliveries always arrive...

Thank you for your feedback. We do tend to find that occasionally the stores do offer a few of the smaller items at cheaper prices due to special offers they have at that time. We do have our own offers throughout the year as well which are always good to keep an eye out for.
They made my delivery to no11 instead of 17! The address was correct on the invoice so no excuses. Apparently it was an agency driver. They have sent vouchers but no attempt to move coal for me. In...

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on this occasion. Again please accept our apologies for the fuel being delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately once the fuel is delivered we have to go through a specific procedure where we contact the relevant depot to see where all the drivers are, and how quickly we can return to move the fuel to the correct location. On this occasion I believe that when we had received an answer from the depot the fuel had already been moved by yourself, and this was when we issued the vouchers for you to use on your next delivery for the inconvenience. We hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in the future.
