Coal did not arrive - had to make lots of phone calls. Staff were always polite and helpful but in the end after mire than 2 weeks of chasing the order I cancelled and asked for a refund

As with previous orders good product and service. Delivery man was polite and got the pallet as close to the property as possible. Only thing that could have been better would be to got a delivery...
