Arrived with no split bags. Driver was helpful. Will order again when needed. Thanks
2week wait for delivery, but friendly, polite driver, very helpful when delivery happened. Would certainly use them again, and yes would recomend this firm to anyone
Informed of delay for delivery, fine and then had to notify as going away. Was told they would pass the message on.

Kept me informed when delivery would be. The driver was very helpful.
Easy to order online. Prompt efficent friendly service. Excellent delivery driver stacked order in shed. Good product easy to ignite and burn produces good heat.
Substantial delays, no communication, and, when I phoned, customer service was rude and unhelpful.

Thank you for the feedback, apologies for the delays we are working as hard as we can to get all customer order's delivered but we have received a high volume in orders due to the energy crisis, I am sorry that you feel this way about the customer service but we assure you that the managers in the contact center would be aware and how the query was dealt.
