Very efficient. Said would take 2 weeks to deliver to Glasgow but only took 1. You are given a 4 hour time slot but delivery men call when half hour away as well so saves you waiting in all day.

Thank you for your comments. At the time of ordering, the option of either a straight or slanted ladder was available. Unfortunately, we are not able to supply ladder only parts as an after sales service. We would like to advise that both the straight and slanted ladder versions comply with safety regulations.
