I've looked into this and it appears that your order was sent out the next day on the 15th Feb via Royal Mail, who then passed it on to a local delivery company, Correos. After calling Correos directly, I've found out that your order is with them ready for collection. Apparently they have left notification, but I assume you have not received such. 

I've sent you a direct email with the tracking link for Correos, tracking number, and also address from which to collect your parcel. Please call me on 01527 505 470 or email me at giulia.basevi@chemist.net, (or reply directly to the email), if there is anything else I can do to help.

I'm very sorry about this delay with your order. We always endeavour at Chemist.net to provide the best service and customer service posssible, and we sent out the parcel as fast as we could, the next day, but we have very little control over the carriers.
