many thanks for the feedback, the website clearly states how the payment system works, the reservation payment is to secure the booking and the fare shown to the driver online is a reduced fare compared to our call center, so in a way it is deducted compared to the call center rates. Regarding the transfer service we are glad all went well and hope you will use us again now you know how the payment system works :)
