Regarding the sizing, we base our sizes on general body types to accommodate the widest range of customers, but we understand that no system is perfect and may not suit everyone exactly. As for the water bottle, we've never encountered any issues like the one you mentioned. Our bottles are made from high-quality, food-grade materials, including LD polyethylene for the body, polypropylene for the lid, and thermoplastic rubber for the valve. They are BPA-free, biodegradable, dishwasher-safe (up to 40°C), and 100% recyclable. The bottles also comply with both European CE and American FDA standards concerning food contact materials.
