Hi Paul,
We are sorry to hear you are not happy with our renewal process. I have attempted to contact you this morning to rectify the issue, I have left a voicemail message.
Our automatic renewal process is clearly stated in our terms of business that you agree to when you take out the cover, clients are also reminded of the automatic renewal in the renewal invite emails. We are able to turn off automatic renewal for clients that have advised they do not want this to happen.

Hi,
We apologise that you have not received renewal communication from our office. The renewal process is to send out an email 1 month before the policy renewal date and a further reminder 14 days prior to the renewal. We do have issues with Hotmail at times and would suggest checking your junk folder. I will remove the automatic renewal for future and we can ask someone to call you this morning. For reference our number is 03333 211403.
