Thanks for the positive review. I am delighted to hear you find the efficiency of the service you have received at Caunce O'Hara to be good. We have an in house Claims department, who are as efficient, and for any queries or claims enquiries at all we are just at the end of a phone.
Renewal notice arrived in good time and was easy to complete the online payment. Once renewed, certificates and supporting documents were available for download within days.

Thanks for the review and I apologise that you have not experienced the high level of customer service we provide at Caunce O'Hara.
I understand your call went to renewals and they immediately transferred you to new business but, as you say, you hung up. We called straight back and then looked into a discount for you, and unfortunately you had hung up. I believe we then called again and explained we had to briefly place you on hold to get the information/transfer a call and I apologise you felt this was not dealt with as speedily as you would have liked.
I would be happy to discuss further if you would like.
I spoke to Nigel who was very helpful, efficient, and quick to respond to my emails.
