Our renewal process is that we send a renewal invite 4 weeks before the renewal date and again 2 weeks before both via email. Your renewal is due next August so you will expect to receive a renewal invite next July.
I thought I had more time to review my cover but the payment was taken so I'm signed up foranother year.

Hi,
Thanks for the review and I am sorry you feel you were not given enough time. The renewal process is to send a renewal invitation one month before renewal and then a further reminder two weeks before renewal. We then attempt renewal up to a week prior to the actual renewal date. If you prefer me to switch off the auto renewal for next year just let me know.
