Thanks for the feedback. We worked with buttercream years ago and once Paul moved over to ganache there was no going back :-) But, certainly take your point that we need more buttercream tutorials and in fact we´re in touch with Valarie and Christine from the Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes who will be coming back to the studio early 2017 with some amazing buttercream work :-)
I have bought a few of the tutorials and found them to give a very good insight to techniques on decorating. I am still a novice and have struggled to give my cakes a more polished finish but having...

Thank you for such lovely feedback. We prefer to leave Paul´s mistakes in as we feel that its more realistic as to what happens in the kitchen when anyone´s making a cake. Delighted that you are getting results :-)

Excellent :-)
It´s often the way that the cakes look more complicated than they actually are. Once broken down into small steps it all becomes a lot more straightforward. Thanks for sharing.
The airbrush just takes a little practice and definitely worth practising off the the cake first of all until you can the results you´re looking for. Always start with light colours and you can cover them up if you´re not happy :-)

Great service, particularly good for those of us on the other side of the world. Great cakes explained
in understandable but interesting ways, never dull or boring to watch.

Classes are great, still having a bit of the buffering whilst watching your classes. It is much better through google chrome though.

If you´re watching through google chrome you can right click on the video where you can select the lowest viewing speed. It will have a little effect on quality, but should significantly reduce the buffering.
Hope this helps :-)
