Sorry to hear that you never received a reply to your email. Sometimes, depending on spam settings on your email client, our messages can be found there. We recently added a comment to all enquiry forms to check spam for emails from; hello@designer-cakes.com and if you haven´t received a reply within 24hrs contact me or one of the team directly on david@designer-cakes.com.
We would have had no problem in offering the tutorial at the sale price if the message was sent during the sale period.
I realise it´s not a great situation, but hope that you will give us another chance.

There is so much to see! I love when they have their "free weekend of any classes"! Very knowledgable and watching Mr. Bradford shows me he is human and not perfect! I feel comfortable and confident.
