Paul is very generous and gives lots of free advice. I joined for the extra classes and found it very easy to join and navigate the site. His tutorials are fabulous, he makes it all so much easier...

I signed up for a class. Paul assumes people are somewhat knowledgeable about cake decorating. I'm a beginner and what he says is way over my head. Giving it a good review because he was kind enough...

Our 100 Free lessons are to give an overview on the basics of cake decorating, but always keen to hear how we can improve this area of the site. I hope you will get in touch at david@designer-cakes.com.

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Melted Rainbow tutorial. We primarily created this tutorial as part of our membership package where members have access to all our tutorials, so apologies for the assumed knowledge, which clearly doesn't work as a standalone.
I will go and refund your payment, but you will still have access to the tutorial so would be very grateful if you can let me know where the gaps are and we can include lessons from other tutorials to allow a full, no knowledge, experience which we should have done first time around.
Our production team have been altered to ensure that assumed techniques are included.
Thanks for your feedback which helps us improve :-)
It as easy and fast. Yes I would recommend this to other people and I have. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and I have learned a lot from all of the. I especially loved Ceri's...
