Really sorry to hear that this delivery did not go well for you . We have checked on our system and with the couriers and the history seems to indicate as follows:
Ordered:14th (Saturday),
Despatched 16th (Monday),
Courier attempted delivering 17th (Tuesday)
Courier attempted delivering 18th ( Wednesday)
Delivered on the 19th (Thursday) Obviously to the Pharmacy .
We have made a note on your account to use a different Courier in the future ,so hopefully this will not happen again .,
Customer service is very high on our agenda, so very disappointed that this delivery did not go according to plan. Please accept our apologies and we do very much appreciate you taking the time for this feedback .
I live in South Africa and had parts delivered to a friend in Ireland to bring out to me. I couldn't believe they were delivered to him in less than a day! That would never happen here.
