Customer service not exist and the discrimainaation for finance or full amount to pay just shocking
Worst ever experience with this shop...

I've had a few items from Burrells on line over the last year. They have a great selection of jewellery and despatch is always prompt. Staff are quick to help and friendly. What more could you want?
I can only say that I felt I was judged on my appearance (I was dressed for gardening work), and this was less than inviting or welcoming

Unit was out of stock, even though website said otherwise. I then asked to replace with a different item which said in stock on the website, but advised again it wasn’t. Website needs updating...
Very pleased with the watch but the strap was the wrong size and even though I was quite prepared to purchase the correct strap at cost I was only offered it at full retail £190.00 never had to buy...

I am very sorry to hear that you feel your needs were not met fully by our team. As the watch in question was a Sale item we would not be able to offer a free strap within the sale price, but our team should have come back to you quickly on the price of other items.
