Thanks for the feedback.We are sorry you feel like you do but we try to make it as clear as possible that if the order is placed by 1:00 you will receive it the next day. The delivery cost you paid is for a next day service. Our customers are usually notified by text of an expected delivery time so you do not have to wait it all day.

Unfortunately the first lorry was unable to offload because of overhead cables. We had to wait a couple of days for a smaller vehicle to deliver. Drivers very pleasant and we understand the problem.
