I ordered products over 3 weeks ago, have not received them.
Not even an email to inform me of any delays and no response to tree emails I sent.
I no longer need the tools at location they where...

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you were not pleased with the initial appearance. This is a quarried product and can attract large amounts of dust. Within a couple of days of being outside you should find that the appearance gets better.

I contacted earlier in the week to make sure that I could have the delivery on Friday morning. Then, on Thursday, I received an email to say that it would not be arriving until Saturday.

Thanks for the feedback. Apologies the wrong size was delivered we have looked into this and it appears this was due to a manual picking error.
