I felt conned as BSO actually told me they had my materials in stock and could deliver within four days . I then completed the online procedure and paid for it. BSO e-mailed me the next day to say they didn't have it in and I then had to wait two weeks for it to arrive. The delivery was a joke as well. The driver refused to put the slabs on our drive and went away. Many phone calls later they came back the next day and delivered them - onto our drive!

We have checked your order and can see that it was only one of the sizes that we did not have in stock at the time, however we can understand why this may have caused problems for you.
