Good service, but the 2 items that were freebies were very poor as it was a gift for a friend, I would have thought a penhaligon sample would have been more appropriate

Website easy to navigate. Item arrived very quickly.
It's cumbersome to use your site, u ask for a phone call to buy some products, but that can only happen during the day.
The samples a less, yet that's supposed to be more.

We are very sorry to hear of your experience with our website. Our site is now 6 years old and we accept in online terms it is getting on a bit. We are very excited to be working on a brand new site for release later this year. We hope to resolve any such issues in this new release.
