We are so sorry that this order was delayed for such an extended period. We let you down here. We should have informed you from the moment the order was found to have an OOS. As per our correspondence yesterday on Thursday 12th, a full refund has been processed to your purchasing card. We hope that you return and give us a chance to correct this experience in the future.
