Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the driver left your parcel somewhere you deem to be unsafe. Looking at the photograph the driver took, it looks like he has left it there and tried to conceal it rather than leaving it at your front door which would be more visible. We do send everything on a leave safe service, which means the driver can leave the parcel if you are not in (or if he knocks and you don't hear the door), and they photograph the parcel to show exactly where it has been left. We have a procedure in place that ensures in the very unlikely event a parcel is stolen from outside someone's property, you will still get your order. I assume you were able to retrieve the parcel as we haven't heard from you to say it has been stolen? It's a shame you feel let down given that the parcel was delivered on time and left in a place you were able to safely retrieve it from - I'm not sure why the driver wouldn't knock when he was parked up at your house but I apologise if this is the case. Thank you.

I have photographs that show the two packages leaning against the gate post in view of the street. Unfortunately it does not appear possible to attach these photos. To me it would appear the driver was in a hurry and decided not to walk the length of the drive. Fortunately the package was not stolen and I was aware of the delivery only because DHL sent an email; it took some effort, and surprise, to locate the packages. You might wish to raise this with DHL as presumably any loss would fall to Bradshaws to resolve.
