Unfair to review, as product was unavailable for 8 weeks. I was kept informed by Bradshaw customer service.
When product finally arrived it was as expected.
The delivery was via DHL who failed at every step from communication to the ability to follow directions and deliver the goods. I eventually got the product around a month after it was ordered. I...

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was originally due for delivery to you on or before 11th August. This did not arrive because the driver couldn't locate your address. You contacted us on the 16th August to ask where your parcel was, we tracked this for you and found that DHL were struggling to locate your property despite numerous attempts so it was being returned to us. You will have already been notified of this via text message and/or email. We shipped your order again on an overnight service with directions to your address and your mobile number printed on the outside of the parcel. Your order was shipped on the 16th - the same day you called. On the 17th the driver called you as he couldn't find the address, and according to our feedback from DHL was told 'check the details on the parcel!' DHL told us that you then called back, and gave directions, whilst threatening to report the driver. Despite this, the driver still delivered to you on the 17th. This is 6 days after your parcel was originally due for delivery, not a month. I am really sorry for the delay, but glad to hear you have the parcel now. Thank you.
