Cine poate lăsa o evaluare Feefo?

Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Cum ne ocupăm de evaluările false?

Feefo împiedică oamenii să lase evaluări false, deoarece invităm doar cumpărătorii verificați să dea feedback.

Bardzo dobrze przygotowane i omówione zagadnienia ułożone w logiczny sposób. Przez co nauka przebiega szybko i przyjemnie. Dla mnie ważne jest to że mogę sam decydować kiedy i ile czasu poświęcić.

I will never use you again

Terrible!!! Books & supplement materials all sent late. My first exam was not set up correctly and it was cancelled.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with our services. We were aware of slight delays in some students receiving their learning materials in a timely manner. Please be assured we have since upgraded our warehouse and incorporated robust tracking systems in order for this not to be repeated. Please accept our apologies in relation to your recent exam cancellation. It is extremely rare for BPP to cancel a scheduled exam at such short notice and we are very sorry that this has happened, it is unacceptable and we apologise that we could not arrange for your exam to take place at the designated time. Please be assured that we have taken extra steps to make sure that this does not happen in the future.
