Excellent service generally but only 4 stars because letters (spelling the word ‘electric’) were removed from the car without permission or prior notification

Paul thank you for your feedback which we value, we are always striving to ensure that we offer the best possible service to our clients as we value your business. We are very sorry that your vehicle was affected by the current global ongoing issues regarding microchip shortages which has affected all manufacturers.
Sadly your vehicle was delayed by this, obviously, communication is key when a vehicle is delayed. We do have a CRM system that manages and records all contacts for vehicles from the point of order through to delivery.

Communication was good.
Delivered on date convenient to me.
Easy hand over.
Not so good was the time scale it took from ordering to delivery.
