I have sent email after email asking for updates on the order to NOT hear a word back in 3 weeks. Broken links on the web site, emails confirming the order from an address that doesnt accept emails...

Thank you for your FeeFo feedback. Your order was shipped Tuesday 2nd April 2013 by Royal Mail’s Airmail service which can take up to 5 working days for delivery. As there have been two Easter public holidays in the UK, this would have delayed your parcel. We have also checked the emails to Marilyn@bodylock.co.uk and we cannot see any emails having been received from you. The estimated day for your order to be delivered is 9th April 2013. They responded to update me on my shipment within minutes of contacting them. Evidently a link was broken on the website.

My order was not processed although my money was taken on the 23rd March, today 8th April when I telephoned I was told it had not been sent and was being sent tonight.
