Bluecrest Wellness Recenzii

Good afternoon Richard, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate the detailed comments you have provided regarding the online booking process, your assessment, and your follow-up GP consultation. We have attempted to contact you to gain a better understanding of your experience and discuss your concerns in more detail, but unfortunately we have been unable to reach you. We would really welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly. In particular, we would like to better understand your concerns regarding the heart disease and stroke risk report, the GP consultation, and the aspects of the service that you felt lacked the depth and detail you were expecting. Understanding this feedback will help us investigate further and see whether there is anything we can do to help resolve your concerns. When convenient, please contact our Customer Service Advisors on 0800 652 2183 (UK) or 1800 937 499 (ROI). We would very much appreciate the chance to discuss your experience and work towards a resolution. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention, and please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you felt the review was somewhat formulaic and that your blood pressure readings were higher than you would normally expect. We understand your comments regarding the opportunity to retake the readings. We appreciate that blood pressure can be influenced by a number of factors on the day, and we recognise why you may have found additional readings reassuring, particularly if the results were unusual for you. That said, we're grateful for your feedback and will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team for review. Understanding where customers feel we could improve helps us continue to develop our service. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention. Warm regards, Thomas
