Thanks for your comment on the thickness of the glass.
Indeed, your order was for a 2.2m wide frameless Juliet and the glass panel for this weight around 120kgs. Unfortunately, the thickness of the glass has to be a minimum of 21.5mm and therefore it makes this panel so heavy.
We appreciate the weight is rather large and we do highlight the weight of these panels both on the product information and again prior to delivery. These panels must be in a single sheet of glass for this kind of product and that makes them harder to install.
We do also offer lighter Juliet solutions that utilise a handrail and 10mm glass panels and these are much lighter to install.

Excellent heavy duty balcony. The builders had always fitted pre drilled glass panels onto bolts but this system is far easier and just looks so much better.
