Hi, I am sorry to hear that you feel one of our customer sales manager was sarcastic? I have spoken to the sales manager in question and he has assured me that there was no sarcasism involved. He merely politely pointed out that as a company we provide a free delivery service and that unfortunately we are unable to also pay for returns especially on sale items such as the changing bag you kindly purchased which had a further 20% discount provided based on this product.
He also stated that a full refund will be provided as soon as we receive the changing bag and that all the packaging materials be present on the product.

Hi, with regards to the Barca Changing Bag you kindly purchased, please be advised this is a lightweight cotton canvas changing bag with water repellancy. The colour of the grey barca changing bag you purchased is a 'distressed' looking product for which it was designed for and hence the light grey in appearance.
Furthermore, based on the purchase cost relating to this changing bag and the further 20% discount applied, unfortunately we could not provide a free returns postage cost as we do not provide this service based on the FREE delivery we provide on all orders.
