Straightforward and easy to deal with
Spoke to two or three different personnel, each of whom were friendly and professional. The staff member, Molly, who dealt with the actual claim, was patient, courteous and very efficient.

Professional, great friendly customer service .
I have always found the service first class. The staff are very knowledgeable, and friendly. You never haver to wait long to speak to someone on the phone unlike other insurers.

My first Claim on my insurance in over 20 years !
It was a quick and efficient service It was my first time making a claim , so I was worried but I had the correct information required and it was pretty simple
