I was really really pleased with the service I have been given. They are really Demeyere pans experts and provided me with all the information I needed. Great stuff!
I knew when I ordered the goods that they were currently out of stock. However, I didn't expect to have to wait for so long. A rough estimate of the delay would have been good PR.

We had expected to have the rings with us within a couple of days, however unfortunately the delivery went to one of our shops instead of our warehouse and we did not realise this as quickly as we should have done. I apologise for any inconvenience.
